Friends of Richmond Animal Care & Control, also known as The Richmond Animal Welfare Foundation (RAWF), is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established to support Richmond, Virginia’s public animal shelter, Richmond Animal Care & Control (Richmond AC&C).
